Featuring a classic slim design for comfortable wear, its surface is carefully crafted with a fine brushed hairline finish and a signature Zaratsu mirrored polishing. Grand Seiko's 9F86 Quartz calibre is adjusted to a remarkable -/ 10 seconds per annum accuracy. Each quartz crystal is unique, but only the most precise are chosen for Grand Seiko 9F movements. Grown in-house and tested rigorously over a 3 month period, this ensures every timepiece is equipped with the best quartz oscillators.

Calibre 9F offers enhanced performance with innovative features: instant Date Change Mechanism for quick date display, torque similar to a mechanical movement for wider, longer hands, Second hand accuracy on the markers, and sealed structure for lubricating oil retention. Additionally, the screw-lock crown ensures the watch is airtight with 20 bar water-resistance and long-lasting durability. High legibility is featured with LumiBrite-coated powerful hands and grooved markers, while the two-toned upper and lower dial rings show if the GMT hand time is day or night.
